The consolidated rewards program of Marriott, now called Marriott Bonvoy, lets you accrue and use points at over 7,000 hotels bearing the Marriott name. You can use My Bonvoy to accrue points for each dollar you spend on lodging, meals, and drinks. Marriott points can be redeemed mostly for free or heavily reduced hotel stays, but they can also be exchanged for travel packages, airline miles, or even the cost of applying for TSA PreCheck.

My Bonvoy members enjoy special benefits at some hotels, such as free Wi-Fi and late check-out times. You will also receive a discount on spa services and other amenities at participating locations. In addition, among other benefits, Platinum Elite and higher-level members get upgraded rooms and free breakfast at some establishments.
